We have worked on a number of Advertisements and Web Series with Amazon, Netflix, Hotstar and few others. The one that has been released is ‘Jamtara’ on Netflix, directed by Soumendra Paadhi. Our approach is to work on each project on a new leaf and find actors in and outside the data. In Jamtara, our primary cast are people from different parts of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar and in our next show ‘Murder in Mahim’, we got to cast actors and some non- actors from Dharavi (slums in Mumbai) after an extensive workshop with the director. Our idea of casting is very clear. We use our years of experience and accumulated data but we don’t let it limit us in looking for new avenues and places to search for the right people.

Vikas Pal
Co-Founder of Casting Pro
Vikas Pal was born in Etawah, a small district in Uttar Pradesh. He did his schooling from Etawah and then moved to Delhi for College in Mass Communication, where he also got a chance to do theatre in Mandi House from 2008 to 2011. After completing his studies, he worked as an Assistant Director in a DD National Show called 'Yahaan ke Hum Sikandar' directed by Dilip Sood. He then moved to Mumbai in a couple of years, working as a Casting Associate in TV Serials and in 2015 he joined Casting Bay and moved to films as a Casting Associate.
Vibhu Gupta
Co-Founder of Casting Pro
Vibhu Gupta was born in Sambhal, a small town in Uttar Pradesh. He did his schooling from DehraDun and then moved to Delhi, where he did his bachelors in Mathematics from Delhi University, but mostly theatre. Then he went to do his Post Graduation in Radio and T.V Journalism from Indian Institute of Mass Communication. After that he moved to Mumbai in 2014, where he joined Red Ice Production as an Assistant Director and in 2016 he joined Casting Bay as a Casting Intern, where he met Vikas and gradually they formed their own company in 2017.
